50 Cent defends Lauren Boebert over Denver theater incident: ‘I don’t have chlamydia’

Rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson on Wednesday defended Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., over a viral incident at a Denver theater in 2023.

The Colorado Republican was out of a showing of the musical “Beetlejuice” in September for “causing a disturbance.” Video taken from security cameras at the Buell Theater the lawmaker vaping and inappropriately groping a male companion.

During a visit to Capitol Hill Wednesday, Jackson took photos with several lawmakers, including Rep. Boebert.

Reacting to the attention, Jackson defended Rep. Boebert’s actions and put speculation of a romantic relationship between the two to rest.

“Wait, wait, guys i took pictures with everyone and all you seem to care about is Lauren,” he . “What did she do in a dark theater that hasn’t been done, my God ! Hey I don’t have chlamydia by the way. LOL.”

Jackson has been involved in political discourse in the past. The rapper took to social media in October to President Joe Biden for taking a beach trip during the onset of the Israel-Hamas conflict.

“[eye emoji] hey Joe get the f— up, we in trouble man!” he wrote. “We got some real s— going on out here Joe. what’s the plan to get a tan and chill come on now.”

He also California leaders for offering health insurance to illegal migrants, noting “I don’t understand this, this it going to cost 2.6 billion dollars for tax payers.”
